1.PETER 5:2-3

Subject: Concern Regarding Lack of Direct Communication.
Dear Pastor, 1 Peter 5:2-3.
Never send a boy to do a man's job, and never have your secretary to try to build your church.
I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the lack of communication from you.
It has been nearly 8 weeks, and I still have not received a direct response from you.
That is unacceptable.
Especially from someone who desires to lead and pastor a congregation.
I understand that your secretary may assist with administrative matters, but serious concerns should not be passed off indefinitely to someone else.
You are the pastor.
And, as a man who preaches the gospel and seeks to shepherd people, you should be willing and able to respond directly when the situation calls for it.
You should not send someone else to handle a matter that requires your personal attention.
Leadership requires accountability, communication, and the courage to address people directly.
Avoiding calls and leaving someone waiting for nearly 8 weeks does not reflect the care, responsibility, or pastoral leadership that people should expect from their pastor.
Frankly, it is discouraging and says a great deal about how this matter, and perhaps the people involved, are being valued.
I am asking you to contact me directly and address this situation without further delay.
I believe that if you are going to lead a church and represent Christ publicly, you must also demonstrate integrity, responsibility, and respect in your personal communication.
I sincerely hope you will take this matter seriously and respond personally.
