If I could tell my newbie self one piece of advice, it would be to outsource when you can.
Early on, I suffered from burnout.
You can't wear all the hats and your business cannot grow if you're constantly working in it.
So you do need help, and there's nothing wrong with that at all.
Asking for help is definitely the key.
